Description

I found a delicate silver bracelet on the sidewalk near the Boulder Public Library. It has a unique design with small charms hanging from it. I picked it up thinking someone might be looking for it, and I hope to reunite it with its owner. I found it on September 20th, 2023, around 3 PM.
