Blue plush dragon with sparkly wings, lost near Boston Common

I lost my blue plush dragon yesterday around 3pm near the Boston Common playground on Tremont Street. It's about 12 inches tall, bright blue fleece with an orange belly, and it has tiny silver sparkly wings. It wears a small red satin ribbon around its neck, and there's a tiny stitched patch on the tail where the fabric is a bit worn. This toy is special to my daughter—it's a gift from her grandmother and it has sentimental value; I'm really hoping someone who finds it will return it.
