I found a navy blue knit scarf this morning around 9:15 am behind the Boise Public Library on Capitol Boulevard. It's about 60 inches long, in good condition with just a tiny snag on the edge and a faint coffee stain near the tag. What makes it stand out is a small brass compass pin sewn near one corner, plus a soft, reversible pattern on the inside.
