Found dark brown leather wallet with unique hand-stitched design on the side near the Boise River.

I found a dark brown leather wallet on the path by the Boise River last Saturday. It looks like it had been dropped recently, as it was slightly wet from the nearby water. There are several cards inside, including a driver's license and a few membership cards.
