Beige wool scarf with fringe, found in Bloomington

I found a beige wool scarf this morning around 9:40am on Kirkwood Ave outside the Monroe County Public Library. It's about 70-75 inches long, with a soft knit and a delicate fringe at both ends. There’s a faint coffee stain near the corner and a tiny copper thread woven along the edge. There’s a small black tag that says 'J. Crew' on it up close, though it’s not visible from a distance. If someone recognizes it, I’d be glad to return it to its owner.
