Navy Nike running jacket, size L

I found a navy Nike running jacket this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the Bone Student Center on the ISU campus in Normal, part of the Bloomington-Normal area. It's size L, Dri-FIT material, navy with a bright lime-green zipper pull and reflective piping along the seams. The chest swoosh is clear, and there’s a small scuff on the right sleeve from it sitting on a bench. The inside tag confirms size L.
