Found black leather backpack with personal belongings near picnic tables at Miller Park.

I found a black leather backpack while walking my dog at Miller Park in Bloomington-Normal. It was just sitting unattended near the picnic tables. The bag looks like it's in good condition and appears to have some personal belongings inside, including a water bottle and what looks like a notebook.
