Black tote bag with orange lining

I lost my black nylon tote bag yesterday around 3pm near the Bullring entrance at Selfridges, Birmingham. It's a medium-sized bag, about 14 inches wide, with a bright orange lining that shows when you unzip the top. On the zipper pull there's a small panda charm, and the bottom left corner has a faint scuff from a rainy day. Inside I had a spiral notebook, a gray hoodie, and a compact umbrella. The bag is sentimental to me because it contains a note from my sister; I really need it back.
