Beige Labrador mix found near Bullring

I found a dog this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Bullring Shopping Centre on Corporation Street in Birmingham. It's a medium-sized beige Labrador mix with a bright blue Hunter collar and a small bell that tinkles as he walks. He has a white heart-shaped patch on his chest and a tiny scar behind his left ear. He seems friendly but a bit stressed being apart from his home, so I’m hoping to reunite him with his person soon.
