Sterling silver ring with emerald centerpiece

I lost my sterling silver ring with a bezel-set emerald yesterday around 3pm while walking along Court Street by Riverside Park in downtown Binghamton. It’s a slender, size 6.5 ring with a small chip on the emerald bezel and a faint inner engraving that reads 'P.P.' on the inside band. I had stopped to tie my shoe near the pedestrian bridge over the Chenango River when it must’ve slipped off. This ring was a gift from my mom and means a lot to me—I’d really appreciate it getting back.
