Gray hoodie with neon green drawstrings

I found a gray hoodie this afternoon around 3:15pm near the corner of State Street and Court Street in downtown Binghamton, right by the Pink Box donut shop. It's a men's size M fleece hoodie with neon green drawstrings and a small fox embroidery on the left chest. There's a faint coffee stain near the hem and a tiny snag on the sleeve, but it's otherwise in decent shape.
