Found a bright green parakeet near Recreation Park in Binghamton, NY, appearing friendly but scared.

I found a bright green parakeet on the ground near Recreation Park in Binghamton yesterday afternoon. It seemed a bit scared and disoriented, but it’s very friendly and loves to chirp. I think it might have escaped from someone's home or cage, as it was not near any trees or bushes. If anyone in the area has lost their bird, please reach out!
