Silver hoop earrings with turquoise bead

Found these silver hoop earrings with a tiny turquoise bead on one hoop this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Sanford Center on 3rd Street SE in Bemidji. They’re about 1 inch in diameter with a brushed finish; one hoop has a small dent near the clasp and the turquoise bead sits in the lower curve. They look worn but still in good shape.
