Framed teal-gold abstract painting found near Diamond Point

I found a framed abstract painting this afternoon around 2:15pm. It's an 18x24 inch canvas in a dark walnut frame with a few light scuffs along the edge. The painting bursts with teal, gold, and burgundy swirls, and the lower-right corner bears a faint signature that reads 'L. Kim'. There’s a Beltrami Art Collective sticker on the back.
