Nike swim trunks, royal blue with neon drawstring

Found a pair of Nike swim trunks in royal blue with a neon green drawstring, size L, this afternoon around 4pm near the Boulevard Park boardwalk along the waterfront in Bellingham. They’re a little sun-faded but still crisp, with a white Nike swoosh on the left leg and a small inner pocket tag. They smell faintly of sunscreen and chlorine, like they were just worn for a dip.
