Lost light blue scarf with delicate fringe along the shoreline of Bellingham Bay.

I lost my favorite light blue scarf while walking along the shoreline of Bellingham Bay yesterday afternoon. It has a delicate fringe and is made of a soft, lightweight material. I believe it fell off my shoulder while I was taking pictures of the sunset. If anyone finds it, I would really appreciate getting it back! It means a lot to me.
