Found mandolin with dark wood finish and decorative inlays near Western Washington University park.

Description

I found a mandolin while walking through a park near Western Washington University in Bellingham. It has a dark wood finish with some lovely inlays on the neck. The strings were intact, and it looked like it had been well cared for. I did not see anyone around who seemed to be looking for it, and I want to find its owner as I can only imagine how much it means to them.
