Gold-tone heart pendant necklace with sapphire

I lost my gold-tone heart pendant necklace yesterday around 3pm near the Kellogg Arena on Michigan Ave in Battle Creek. It's an 18-inch chain with a delicate heart charm that has a tiny sapphire set in the lower tip. The back is engraved with my initials 'AP' and the clasp shows a small dent from a tumble last week. The chain is a bit worn but catches the light when I move. It was a gift from my grandmother and it feels really sentimental to me; I'd be grateful to get it back.
