Hand-painted blue-floral ceramic vase, lost near Bath

I lost my hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm. It's a smallish vase, about 8 inches tall, cream with a cobalt blue floral pattern running around the body. It’s a handmade piece from a Bath artist, with a tiny glaze flaw near the rim and a faint pencil signature 'JL' on the bottom. I think I had it outside Sally Lunn's on North Parade, right by the entrance to the bakery—I was grabbing a pastry when I realized it wasn't in my bag.
