Gold ring with sapphire—engraved initials AR

I lost my gold ring yesterday around 3pm. It's a 14k yellow gold ring with a small oval blue sapphire in a bezel, about a size 6.5, and it's a bit worn. The inside of the band has a tiny heart engraving and the initials 'AR' scratched near the bottom. I was walking along Broad Street by the Augusta Common in Augusta, GA near the Riverwalk when I realized it was gone. It was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me—really hoping to get it back.
