Found cat: gray tabby with white paws, red collar

I found a cat this afternoon around 4:15pm behind the CVS on Walton Way in Augusta. It's a gray tabby, medium-sized with white paws and a tiny scar above its left eye. It was wearing a bright red collar with a little bell that jingles when it moves. The cat seemed friendly but a little skittish, so I gave it a few minutes of gentle reassurance before I left it by a tidy plant bed near the storefronts; I’d love to reunite it with its family.
