Found black and red Trek mountain bike with flat front tire by the riverbank in Augusta.

I found a black and red mountain bike while walking my dog by the riverbank in Augusta yesterday. It looks like it's been sitting there for a while, as it had a bit of mud on it and the front tire was partially flat. There is no visible damage, and the brand seems to be a Trek.
