Blue hand-painted ceramic vase found in Athens

I found a blue hand-painted ceramic vase this afternoon around 3:15 pm near Monastiraki Square, behind the Tzistarakis Mosque, Athens. It's about 18 cm tall with a glossy glaze, white background, and cobalt blue floral motifs, plus a tiny chip on the rim. The base has a small maker's mark that looks like 'N. Kosta' and there's a delicate gold trim along the lip. It clearly matters to someone who loves handmade pottery, and I'm hoping to reunite it with its owner.
