I found a pair of hoop earrings this afternoon, lying on the curb by the Georgia Theatre on Clayton Street, around 3:40 PM. They glinted in the late sun and looked like someone’s favorite go-to accessory. They’re silver, a little scratched, with a tiny charm hanging from one hoop.
