14k yellow gold ring with diamond, lost

I lost my 14k yellow gold ring yesterday around 3pm near the Ashtabula Public Library on Main Street. It's a slim band, about 3 mm wide, with a tiny flush-set diamond at the top. On the inside the engraving reads 'M.R.' and there’s a faint scratch near the setting from a stumble last week. It was a gift from my grandmother, and it means a lot to me.
