14k yellow-gold ring with 'Forever, M' engraving

I lost my dainty 14k yellow-gold engagement ring with a tiny diamond yesterday around 3pm while I was walking out of the Grove Arcade on Biltmore Avenue, just past Pack Square in downtown Asheville. It's a slender 4mm band with a classic solitaire setting. The inside is engraved with 'Forever, M'—my grandmother's handwriting, a real keepsake. There's a small scratch along the inner edge from years of wear. This ring means the world to me and I'd be incredibly grateful to get it back if someone found it.
