Today around 5:45 PM, I realized my stamp collection was missing from my tote as I was leaving Riverside Park in downtown Appleton. They’re a small but precious lot—colorful commemoratives from the 1960s bound in a worn red binder. My grandmother gave me these stamps, and I kept them close for years.
