Navy blue leather passport holder with compass logo

I found a navy blue leather passport holder this afternoon around 2:30pm, lying on a bench outside the Annapolis Visitors Center by City Dock on Compromise Street. It's the size of a passport, with a soft matte finish, tan stitching, and an embossed compass on the front. Inside there's an RFID pocket and a tiny luggage-tag style strap; on the inner pocket someone had initials 'AH' in gold foil and a light coffee stain along the edge.
