Lost blue plush dinosaur toy about two feet long near the playground at a park in Annapolis.

I lost my child's favorite blue plush dinosaur toy while at the park in Annapolis on Saturday. We were having a picnic near the playground and I think it may have fallen out of the stroller during our visit. It's about two feet long and has a small patch of velcro on its belly from an old backpack. If found, please let us know – it's very special to my little one!
