Yesterday evening, around 6:05 p.m., I found two gym bags tucked under a bench near the West Gate of the U.S. Naval Academy along West Street in Annapolis. They looked recently left after a workout, with a bright green towel protruding and a water bottle rattling inside. One bag is navy with a white logo, the other a gray duffel—the contents suggest a team practice: sneakers, hoodies, and a towel.
