Blue paperback travel guide found near City Dock

I found a blue paperback travel guide this afternoon around 3:15pm, sitting on a bench near the City Dock by Market House on Main Street in Annapolis. It’s titled 'Exploring Annapolis: A Pocket Guide' from Harbor Press, a compact little book with a red ribbon bookmark visible between the pages. There’s also a tiny seashell bookmark clipped to the inside cover and a pencil note that reads 'Mira Patel' tucked on the first page—a neat clue to its owner.
