14k gold necklace with emerald pendant

I lost my delicate 14k gold necklace with a tiny emerald pendant yesterday around 3pm near the City Dock on Main Street in Annapolis. The chain is about 16 inches, super thin, with a little 'A' engraving on the clasp and a tiny scratch along the back of the pendant.
