Gold-tone stud earrings with emerald drop

I lost my gold-tone stud earrings with a tiny emerald drop yesterday around 3pm near the Michigan Theater on Liberty Street in downtown Ann Arbor. They’re small, about the size of a pencil eraser, with slender posts, and one earring has a faint engraving 'A' on the back plus a tiny scratch near the setting. They were a gift from my grandmother, so they have sentimental value and I really need them back. I was walking from Liberty Street Coffee toward the library, likely dropped them somewhere along the sidewalk near the bookshops or the bus stop by the theater. If someone found them, I’d be incredibly grateful to have them returned.
