Found guitar tuner with spare strings near Kerrytown

I found a small silver clip-on guitar tuner and a spare set of strings this afternoon around 2:15 pm, tucked inside a blue felt pouch with white initials 'JM' stitched on it. It was sitting on the ground by the bike racks outside Kerrytown Market & Shops on North Fourth Ave in Ann Arbor, not far from Zingerman's Deli. The tuner is tiny, about the size of my thumb, with a cracked display, and the strings are in their plastic wrap.
