I found a pink floral dog harness this afternoon around 4:15 pm behind the Amarillo Civic Center on Buchanan Street. It's a small nylon harness with a pink-and-white flower pattern, a reflective strip, and a blue bone-shaped tag that reads 'Milo'—the letters are a bit faded.
