I found a student ID lying on the sidewalk outside the Amarillo Downtown Library's main entrance at 4:12 PM today. The badge is attached to a blue lanyard and the front shows the name 'Taylor Rivera' with a small photo. It looked recently dropped, and I know how scary it can be to misplace something that’s used for campus access.
