Found a friendly green parakeet near Memorial Park in Amarillo without any identification tags.

I found a lovely green parakeet sitting on the ground near Memorial Park in Amarillo. It seems friendly and unafraid of people. I believe it might have flown away from someone's home. There's no collar or ID tag on it. If this is your bird, please reach out to me!
