Cream guinea pig with white blaze found near Westgate Mall

I found this little guinea pig this afternoon around 3:15pm wandering near the Starbucks at Westgate Mall on S Western Street in Amarillo. It's cream-colored with a white blaze on its forehead and a tiny notch in its left ear, about the size of a large hamster, with a soft, short coat and no obvious injuries. It wears a small blue ribbon around its neck and seemed calm but curious.
