Last Friday around 7:40 PM, I was leaving the Market Square area in downtown Altoona after a quick grocery run. My two toasters, the old stainless ones with a faded blue dial, slipped from the tote and rolled toward the curbs by the PNG Field entrance. I searched the area for a few minutes, my heart sinking as the evening cooled and street lamps flickered. They are not fancy, just reliable, and they remind me of breakfasts with my grandparents. If anyone picked them up or saw them, please keep an eye out; I will be forever grateful.
