I was catching a late train around 8:15 p.m. last Friday and left two carry-on bags beside the information kiosk at the Amtrak station in downtown Altoona. I stepped away for a moment to grab a snack and when I returned, they were gone. One bag is black with a red strap, the other navy with a lime-green tag. They hold basics for a weekend trip, and I’m worried about losing them.
