Found calico cat with blue collar near Logan Valley Mall

I found a calico cat this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind Logan Valley Mall in Altoona, part of the Altoona-Johnstown area. She's about 2 years old, medium-sized, with tri-color fur and white paws, and she wears a light blue collar with a tiny bell that jingles when she moves; I also noticed a small notch on her right ear. She seemed a bit wary at first but started purring when I called softly and offered some tuna I had in my bag.
