Blue paw-tag dog collar

I lost my blue nylon dog collar with a tiny brass paw-tag engraved 'MILO' yesterday around 3pm. It's a medium, sturdy collar with a reflective white stripe and a small scuff on the buckle from rain last week. I last saw it near Old Town Plaza, along Rio Grande Blvd and 4th Street, not far from the San Felipe de Neri Church. The paw-tag is engraved with 'MILO' and there’s a tiny red heart charm attached. It means a lot to me—Milo wears it every day, and I’d really appreciate getting it back if anyone finds it.
