Gold hoop earrings with ruby drop

I lost my gold-tone hoop earrings with ruby drops yesterday around 3pm outside the Capitol Building on State Street in downtown Albany. They're about three-quarters of an inch, and the ruby drops catch the light when I move. One earring has a tiny scratch on the back and the post is engraved with 'AS'; the other hoop is slightly bent and the enamel on the clasp is chipped. They were a gift from my grandmother and mean a lot to me. If anyone found them, I’d be really grateful to get them back.
