Found black North Face backpack with patches and bright orange water bottle holder outside Albany public library.

I found a black North Face backpack outside of the Albany public library yesterday. It looks like it might have been left there for a while because it has some dust on it, but it’s in good condition overall. It has a few interesting patches on it, and I noticed there’s a bright orange water bottle holder on the side.
