Found a gray cat with bright green eyes and a collar in a yard in Albany.

I found a lovely gray cat wandering around my yard in Albany, looking a bit lost and hungry. It has bright green eyes and a collar with a tag that seems to have a name, but it's too worn out to read. I've taken it in and am hoping to find its owner soon.
