Missing person: 28-year-old man Omar Ahmed

I lost my brother, Omar Ahmed, 28, yesterday around 7:45pm in downtown Albany. He was last seen walking east on State Street toward the Capitol, wearing a navy parka, dark jeans, and a gray beanie. He's about 5'11" with short black hair and a small crescent tattoo on his left wrist. He can get anxious in crowds and tends to call or text me when he's unsettled, so this is really scary for us. If anyone spots him near Empire State Plaza, Lark Street, or nearby shops, please reach out to me immediately.
