Found a yellow-bellied slider turtle with a yellow and dark green striped shell in backyard.

I found a yellow-bellied slider turtle wandering in my backyard in Albany yesterday. It's about the size of a dinner plate, with a beautiful yellow and dark green striped shell. I don't have any experience caring for turtles, and I want to make sure it gets back home. If this is your turtle, please reach out with details to help identify it.
