We were near the State Capitol on State Street by the Empire State Plaza when he bolted toward Lark Street and disappeared toward Washington Park. He’s microchipped, so a vet or shelter could scan him. Milo is incredibly friendly once he meets you, but he’s nervous around strangers. This dog is a rescue and means the world to me—really need him back.
