Navy blue passport in black leather cover

I lost my navy blue US passport yesterday afternoon around 3pm near the Akron Public Library on Main Street. It's inside a black leather passport cover with a tiny embossed crest on the lower corner and a small coffee stain on the back. The passport itself is standard size, and the name is visible on the ID page. I really need it back because I have travel plans next week and a few important appointments.
