Found a tan leather Samsonite briefcase this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the Bank of the West on 2nd Street, just steps from the Mall of Abilene. It's a medium-sized case with a brass zipper, a padded laptop sleeve that fits up to 15 inches, and a slightly worn edge on the bottom. Inside there's a faded leather luggage tag stamped with the initials 'A.J.' and a label that looks like a name and a phone number, though it's smudged.
